The Ergo Wheel Chock

Kendall, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that The Ergo Wheel Chock (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the Product.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, proper, and intended use of the Product.

If Kendall, LLC determines that the Product is defective due to materials or workmanship, Kendall, LLC will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the Product, or

• Replace the Product with the same or comparable model

at no charge to the original purchaser.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper application, or improper storage

• Damage caused by modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

• Damage caused by accidents, overloading, improper vehicle application, or use outside the Product’s intended purpose

The Ergo Wheel Chock is a safety device and must be used in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines and industry standards. Failure to do so voids this warranty.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Photographs or return of the Product if requested

Kendall, LLC reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine eligibility under this warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kendall, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.

All Sales Final

We take pride in the quality and performance of The Ergo Wheel Chock. Because this is a durable safety product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your Product qualifies under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will gladly repair or replace it as outlined above.
